Tzvetya.com orders are delivered Monday through Sunday
(working days 09:00-20:00h; days off 10:00-19:00).
Deliveries guaranteed for a same day can only be executed with the prior payment (an additional 19.99 lv delivery surcharge applies).
Attention! We require to place an order at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
In the absence of the addressee, our florist member will attempt delivery and leave a calling card and try to reach the recipient later by phone. If the florist is unable to deliver the flowers and unable to reach the recipient wihtin 24 hours after the first attempt of delivery, the florist will inform us of the none-delivery and you’ll be informed either via phone or E-mail that no delivery could be made. The florist making the delivery is authorized to leave the flowers with a reliable third-party (e.g. a neighbour, receptionist, porter, funeral parlour, etc.) deemed suitable for passing on the flowers to the addressee.

3. Guaranty
We delivers your flowers, fresh, to your door, on the requested delivery date.
A physical delivery address is required. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information will result in delays andincreased shipping charges.
When incorrect information is provided to us, this causes potential delays with the delivery and when situationssuch as this arise, our guarantee becomes null and void.
Ensure someone will be at the delivery location. We are not responsible if we cannot deliver the flowers if the recipient is not at home during the delivery attempt.
Verify receiving policies/hours of operation prior to ordering when sending to a business (company, school, hospital, etc.). The delivery location should be aware there is a delivery scheduled on that particular day. We are not responsible if we cannot deliver the flowers due to the business being closed.
This is a perishable product! Incorrect or incomplete information will result in delays. It is the sender`s responsibility to cover the cost of any address correction fees or reshipped products if we are provided with incorrect or incomplete recipient address information.
